You can reach Beadazzlin! by email, phone or by mail. Please note we are able to respond more quickly to inquiries submitted by email.  Our “Contact us” page has all our relevant contact information, as well as a form where you can submit inquiries directly.

Delivery Timeframe

Beadazzlin! jewelry is made upon receipt of your order. Please allow one to two weeks for delivery. If quicker delivery is required we can usually meet your request, email rush-order inquiries to: info@beadazzlin.com.

Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your Beadazzlin! experience.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within seven (7) days of receipt for merchandise credit or exchange.  There are no refunds. Sorry, no exceptions. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  All sales are final on custom orders, requested custom modifications to original designs, custom sizing and earrings (for hygenic reasons).

  • All returned pieces must be securely wrapped in the original packaging and must be in its original, unused condition (including attached tags).

  • C.O.D. return shipments are not accepted.

  • Include your original invoice to ensure proper issue of your merchandise credit or so Beadazzlin! can contact you if necessary.

Please return your package to the address below via insured courier.  Beadazzlin! Is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Repair Policy

Beadazzlin! stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry.  If your purchase needs repair within 60 days based on normal usage, simply call us at (636) 373-4949 to obtain a repair authorization number and send us the damaged item with your receipt.  Please note, as our inventory changes often, some components of our jewelry may not be available, in which case we will make every attempt to find something similar.

Privacy Policy

At Beadazzlin! we’re committed to ensuring the privacy of all your identifiable information.  Any personal information you choose to leave with us will be kept in the strictest confidence.  We will not share any information about you with anyone.  Period.

Shipping Information

Most pieces will be shipped within one (1) to two (2) weeks of payment confirmation.  Custom orders are shipped within two (2) weeks of the order.  If an item is no longer available due to a previous sale, every effort will be made to notify you by phone or e-mail within 24 hours of the order.  Options for ordering a similar item will be discussed at that time. 

Missouri residents will incur a 5.95% sales tax.  All orders will be shipped UPS ground with signature confirmation unless otherwise specified.  Beadazzlin!  offers rush delivery for in-stock items for an additional charge.  For rush delivery, call us at (636) 373-4949 to insure your item is in stock and to get a quote on additional costs.

International orders are welcome!  Please call us at (636) 373-4949 to calculate the shipping and insurance to ship to your country.  Any applicable import fees are the customer’s sole responsibility.
